All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to process and ship.
Estimated shipping time is 3-7 days.
Coupons
Coupon codes should be applied at checkout. I will not retroactively apply any discounts if you forget to apply them. Don't forget to apply them!
Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final. Once checkout is complete, there will be no refunds, cancellation, or exchanges. Please be confident in your order before you place it.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once your package is dropped off at the Post Office, I no longer have control of it. I will not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. I you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local Post Office.
Please keep in mind any shipping delays if your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
Missing/Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing or damaged parts, please reach out to me within 1 week of receiving your package with photos of the damaged product(s).
Once confirmed, eligible items will be refunded or replaced based on in-hand stock.
Updates/Restocks
